UK cutomers can expect free delivery no later than 2 weeks after placing an order while overseas / non-U.K. customers also qualify for free delivery and can expect a maximum shipping period of 3 weeks. Express postal delivery or courier service can be arranged at extra cost. Customers must be aged 16 or above.
To qualify for a full refund, returns within the UK should be no longer than 7 days upon receipt of goods and for overseas / non-U.K. customers an equal length of time of maximum delivery, i.e. 3 weeks. Customers can expect a full refund of cleared funds within 7 days in the event of cancellation.
